drag tires

hello, I wanna drag race my 240sx vg30det what tire size do you recoment? will 26/8.5/13 drag slick be enough or should I use 26/10/15 drag radial. 400hp Max but I will start with low boost 10 psi. vg30det single turbo pte5857, S14 rear end, stock suspension. any ideas?

 

Mickey Thompson ET Street, 255/50R16 for 400hp is plenty

 

just picked up a set of Mickey ET streets 315/30 /18.

Think they will grip 450+rwkw?

If warmed up correctly and if your suspension is well set up, then yes. 275 is plenty IMO, plenty of 9/10 second XR6 Turbos and mustangs running them.

 

yes but the 275 they use are a higher profile ..

chose these for the street as well as the 888's are dangerous .

not touching my suspension ,set up for circuit .

just a once off run to see what it does .
