    Hi Guys,

Just got two question's for everyone as I am looking at fixing some things on my zed.

I have got very small leak in on the hoses in the back of the engine that I can not get to. So there for I am taking the engine out to get to it.

As I will have the engine out I was thinking of replacing all the gaskets and hoses and most of them are still the original ones and are now fairly old.

My main questions is does anyone know where I can find a good gasket kit for a twin turbo 1990 zx and also I don't think there is any such thing but a kit with all the hoses in there, or if not does anyone know where I can find all the part numbers for all the hoses??

Any type of help would be very much appropriated really want to get zed back on to the road
    Thanks guys

got all mine from czp in the states freight was $75.00 go to their web site and create an order of everything you need after you order they contact you via email advising shipping and total price in us dollars you can then get it or forget it. ebay has full hose kits not my choice though rather get it all from the same place.

Most hoses will be a cut your own

your right, water hoses are not a big deal I guess I was referring mainly to gaskets seals and air hoses etc and the two heater hoses.

Chris i agree with the above & highly recommend CZP. If you are indeed taking the engine out, might as well do a 200k service along with the other gaskets & seals just for the piece of mind. A lot more can be done like your rear main seal, det senor & loom replacement, etc when the engine is out as its a PiTA or impossible to do while still in the zed, so if funds allow, i personally would recommend doing as much as possible considering how hard the engine is to work on while still in the bay.

    I would get the following

    200k service kit
OEM PCV hose and valve kit
    OEM AIV hose kit
    OEM heater pipes
OEM RHS turbo coolant outlet pipe
    EGR delete kit
Upper plenum to lower plenum gasket
    AIV gasket

If you want to strip it down further you could remove the lower plenum and change the knock sensor and sub harness, in which case you need lower plenum to head gaskets too.

The other hard hoses on the back use a liquid gasket.

Heater hose is 8mm ID fuel hose is 5/16" ID min. spec 30R9.

    Have fun
