If his business went broke then good luck getting your money . My experience with broke business is unless your main creditor like a bank or the Governement , expect to get nothing back . My company has lost well over 100k in the last 5 years and we never got a cent back form any of them . Pointless trying to lynch mob him when legally there is nothing you can do .
Just a side note, if this was to ever occur again, I would be happy to donate my services to forum members. I am a licensed PI and run my own business and look for and find people like this DAILY! :nono:
Your transparent attempt to implicate me in this saga(by eluding to members "quite close to Jason")is dishonest and scurrilous at best, libelous at least. Yes, I live three streets away from Jason's former home(and I was friendly with him to the point that I almost ordered one such Beet Kit). Fortunately I did not. Your continued attempt to connect me(and other NSW members who attended Track Days with him on several occasions)is deliberately dishonest. Why the Moderators allow you to continue, is something they need to explain(particularly as this is NOT the original purpose of this thread). If you wish to continue this line of character assassination of those members(from NSW and who knew Jason at some point in time)then start another thread, as per the Forum Guidelines.
None of this is remotely relevant, given the fact that this address WAS his old address several years ago, before he moved to the Central Coast and was subsequently unearthed by former Moderator Barry Egan(deceased). The poor bastards that now live there can expect harassment from all the amateur sleuths that have surfaced in this thread.

I gave Barry the address after going to his house with another forum member to buy some wheels, at the time he was working in sydney for state rail on there AC's, When i saw the car on stands, you could see that the timing belt nearly falling off, John at UAS was offered the car by the storage place but passed. ross
