ACT Act tech day!! 20th October

Hi guys, I?m planning to hold an ACT tech day sometime really soon. (Hopefully weekend after this one, before pink slip comes up).

I went over some of the issues in the zed with ?madcow? aka Andrew, and we found Rear main seal leak and a few cam seal leaks.

There were little things that didn?t make sense such as the ?light? symbol being constantly on, in the dash, and also the battery sign lighting up in the dash aswell. (Possibly alternator, as the battery was tested and was fine).

This would also be a good day for me to meet the members here and get some experience from all the experts. It will also be great to work on some of the other members? zed?s aswell!!

A top grade BBQ and drinks will definitely be provided

The problem, however, may be the parking, so it?ll be great to get a head check, so I know who is coming.

I can come and be of assistance on saturday! gotta leave for the gong in the arvo tho.

 

Ill come on either or both days.

 

I could do a few hours on Sat morning and maybe Sunday.

 

I'd be interested in this, can bring some diagnostic equipment.
What day, where, time & what's the problem with parking?

 

I think 20/21st October would be good, it'll give abit more time to get a few more members to the meet. Can you guys make it then?

Parking will be a problem if there is too many cars, but 5 cars should be able to fit on my driveway. (plus some more on the side of the street)

 

Looks like I'm out, can't make it on the 20th or 21st.

 

Ahh damn. In that case I might just hold a small tech day this time. Sooner or later I'll try organise a big one with plenty of time so people can say when they're free to come along.
