QLD 5th February QSC Cruise - Brisbane to Montville/Baroon Dam

Queensland Street Car magazine is holding their first official QSC Magazine Cruise for 2012 on Sunday 29th January. Harry's Diner (104 Newmarket Road, Brisbane) is kindly opening on a Sunday just for the occasion. So come along and have a great breakfast. (Organisers kindly ask that if you're going to eat, please buy your breakfast from Harry's).

Meeting at Harry's from 7am and staying until 9am. This will give everyone enough time to grab a feed, have a chat with friends and check out all the cool cars before heading off to Montville and Baroon Dam for photographs and a swim.

START: 7am Harry's Diner - 104 Newmarket Road, Brisbane.
DEPART: 9am - Leave Harry's Diner going up Gympie Rd towards the Sunshine Coast.
REGROUP: Stopping at the Carseldine Shell Service Centre for a quick regrouping of everyone, for those that fell behind at start of cruise.
LEAVE: Depart Carseldine Shell and continue north up the highway, turning left onto Steve Irwin Way. Exit Steve Irwin Way taking the Landsborough exit and onto Maleny rd, follow this along and then turn right onto Maleny Montville Rd. Follow to Montville where we will stop over for lunch and a chat. After this we will head to Baroon Dam for a photoshoot, swim and socialising.

This cruise is likely to have a lot of Holdens/Fords on display, so would be great to see a decent turnout from the QLD 300ZX community!

QSC doesn't JUST represent Holden/Ford, though admittedly that is their main readers base. With this rain, it's not looking promising anyway.

 

the Zed is well known to be a boat ... a real chance to show up those two Aussie POSs.

BARON!!! Long time, no speak! Unfortunately I can't make it now with the change of date - have a mate's funeral that weekend, and dealing with that right now. But we gotta catch up sometime soon, been too long.

 

I might go for cruise as its not far from me. Would be cool to get my Z on the front cover of the mag...:br:

 

I just go for Montville bit and photo shoot. Lets see if it is a pro Holden /Ford bias mag then. chrs paul.
