How much flow can stock fuel rails handle?

Mods as far as I can tell:

Essentially 90mm forged pistons (wiseco) with ceramic coatings, pauter rods, cometic head gasket. Heads have bronze guides, 1mm oversize ferrea valves, titanium retainers, headwork ported and flow tested by kostecki engines, JWT heavy duty springs and JWT wild cams, all held together by ARP bolts. 800cc sard injectors. New MS manifolds with GT675RS turbos. Custom split dumps that convert the turbos to externally gated (internal gates removed).

I'm also assuming its race fuel...

If the power quoted earlier is from Kostecki then it will be wrong 100% but I am still interested in seeing the graph like everyone else :) Cmon Nathan, put it to rest already, fess up

I would earth everything (all metal objects to the ground) if trying this; don't want any sparks with all that vapor around.

Yes static electricity will build up in the metal parts and can cause a spark, though if you simply run a rubber line from the outlet of the reg to a plastic drum you should be pretty good :) assuming all the fuel lines are still attached to the engine etc.

Very good point though and if the fuel system is detached from the car then earthing very important.

    Lol, chill guys.

Yeah I have zero time these days, hence why I hardly ever post here. Car has had to take a back seat to my work. Havent seen any dynos, just chat to my mechanic once a week to see whats happening. If its ever finished or if I ever get a day I can head up there I will grab the dyno sheets :)

Anyone see the 300 degree fuel rails first hand?

Yeah I am using them they will flow more than enough fuel for gt28rs applications.

Fuel pump should be fine. Have 2 large external pumps driving it. No way these cant keep up. Sard 850cc injectors (sorry not 800s). I thought these should be ok till 1000 hp? Mechanic was saying the duty cycle on the injectors was low (like 40%) or something similar at like 720 then maxes out at 730 so thinks they are getting starved of fuel. Anyone know what injectors the 1000 hp builds are running?

    Top feeds more than likely...

that duty cycle sounds way low. but if it is running out for fuel without maxing the injctors then yeah its not getting enough fuel to teh injectors, i wouldnt even think of using a stock unmodified fuel rail for that hp level

We have made 438rwkw with race fuel with GTRS turbo's and stock fuel rail, twin feed twin return. About to make more with latest zed here we built with stock rail. To make a 1000hp need E85 fuel and 2000cc injectors and top feed rail and lots more. Like custom billet girdle and more. Where are you going to use this power though other than the drags with difficulty and dyno comp?

    Why so coy?

Surely your mechanic can email you a dyno graph? Or if your too busy to post here get him to email it to a moderator. You say it makes over 730HP and sounds like you didn't even ask your mechanic to show you the dyno graph? If I waited as long and paid so many $$$ for the work I'd want to see it! You don't? You must be very trusting...

Also the knowledge base from the people on this forum about zeds is huge. You want answers but are being so vague no one can help you. If you only posted all the work you have done accompanied by a dyno graph the people here an help you and give you ideas. Is your mechanic smarter and more experienced about zeds than this whole forum put together? Why even come here for questions then?

Making these sorts of claims whether you are a long time member with many friends or not is going to need to be backed up. Otherwise you only start to harm your credibility. For now, what are we to think but 'you're all talk'

Your last round of posts was almost a year ago. You pop in just to say basically 'hey guys I'm making this much power, bye!' Surely you can see our side....

But maybe Zisluv is not entirely to blame here.. Maybe it's not Zisluv deceiving us, but his mechanic deceiving him! LOL. I know your very busy but I advise you go check on your Zed and see if anything at all has been done to it. :D Maybe your mechanic is taking you for a ride.. Using your zed :p
