Hi guys after thinking about it for a while i have decided to put my girl up for sale as i want to travel to japan for my birthday next year ! :)

    Year: 1989
    Body (2+0/2+2): 2+0
    Colour: Silver
    Engine (Turbo/NA): Twin Turbo
    Transmission (MT/AT): Manual
    Interior (Cloth/Leather): Tweed
    Odometer: 106xxx km
    Price: $10,000
Contact Details: Preferably through email grasl.peter@gmail.com or via my mobile 0433501337 as i don't really get to check on here too often!

Comments: Shes had alot of TLC already given to her by Tom at PZP
    including but not limited to;
    - A lower Kilometer Engine (~70,000km) being put in with a full service being done including the 100k service/plenum pull...
    - Been converted from automatic to manual (5spd) with an upgraded heavier clutch...
    - Complete Cooling system replacement including all bypasses, all hoses, radiator, water pump and temp sensor...
    - Stainless Steel turbo back twin exhaust system fitted...
    - Replaced the Starter Motor only about 1000km Ago as well as oxygen sensors and flywheel...

I even managed to pick up the tools a few times myself and with a bit of help from the zx forums i managed to install two atmo BOV's as well as a POD filter and a set of new head lights (memory fails me as to what their called now)

So there has been quite a bit of coin already been spent on her !
She runs great and is a good starting zx for someone who wants to give her more work or just to drive daily with the roof off now that summer is coming back!

The only damage to her as pictured below happened semi recently when a nice lady in her 4WD decided to back into me in a shopping center car park! Its a fairly easy and cheap fix ~$100 for a replacement panel i believe!

I suggest you fix the light panel. When I see a car for sale with things wrong I think two things.
    1) what else is wrong with the car if this and that are broken?
    2) If it's only $100 to fix why hasn't the owner already done it? Maybe it's more than $100.
Also I would think it needs fixing for a RWC for sale.

When I sold my z it had a busted old fiberglass front bar. I spent $300 to replace it with a (resprayed) stock one and it made a huge difference to the appearence and helped the sale.

    Just a suggestion.

    1) Nothing that i can tell and have been told by my mechanic
and 2) because i dont actually have 100$ to spend to fix it, ive spent sooo much money on it already and now living week to week :(

If someone in WA buys it, there is no need for a RWC.

In WA a RWC is only required upon registrering the vehicle, which may occur only once in a vehicle's life.

Thats worst than QLD. There must be a lot of junk cars in WA, not this one though. Sorry to get off topic, no more posts.

Seems to be a well-kept secret about WA, maybe it's to stop the entire car enthusiast population of NSW from migrating over here to escape the constant harassment

When I moved over here from NSW I noticed that the car population is significantly younger over here. I don't really know why, but I have noticed a lot of neglected-looking cars get pulled over by the cops :p

Just a quick question, why was the motor changed when the car only has 100kms to a 70k motor?

He was saying that an engine was installed that only had 70,000 Km on it, but the 100,000 Km service has already been done.

If you don't already know, the x00,000 Km service on our cars is quite expensive, even if you do it yourself (~$800 in parts). Doubly so if you get someone to do it for you (i.e. add labour costs).

I was asking why the engine was changed in the first place, overheating, bearings?

yes the 100k service is expensive on any car, coming from a toyota background harmonic balancer, waterpump, timing belt, etc but that is the maintenance you must do if you own a vehicle.

It was done in the first place because a mechanic mate of mine had a lower KM spare and he owed me a favor and he wanted a test engine so i just payed labor and he supplied all parts ^_^
from memory though engine i gave him he wrecked in an accident though poor engine/guy.
