    I sure hope you didn't

spray CRC down the shaft Tekkie, as some spray propellants actually damage some O-ring materials to the point that the O-ring disintergrates.
Just a word of warning when using spray can lubricants for those that might not be aware of this issue. :)

    Cheers

My wife and kids came in to help pack all the orders. They did not know what they were, let alone there should be two for each car.

Haha gotta be careful what you write in public domain John, I'll have to show them how to get onto forum next time I'm at the shop...

Picked up my camber arms from my mechanic's earlier this week, thanks to John and family and Rob.

Having them fitted tomorrow ahead of the Targa Time Attack event in Perth on Sunday, looking forward to feeling the benefits.

No more group buys on these.... UAS have ordered another round but not going to advertise these until they are in the shop ready to send.

Group Buy Finished, Ongoing Stock to be sold in FSBB

Looks like we can safely put this thread to bed.... THanks to all participants for your ongoing patience throughout!

For anyone interested, yes the pivoting camber arms will be available from UAS as a "stocked" item in the future. I will put a new thread in FSBB when they are in store and ready to send. No more group buys on these I'm afraid.

    Installation

A couple of people have asked about installation, please see below pointers from JP

    • They will only go in one way as one end is 112mm and the other is 110mm
    • The thicker body will end up on the outside, as in closer to the wheel.
    • Be careful adjusting the length, if you go too long this can put additional leverage on the main bolt and may bend it

This last point is important, as if the arms are adjusted too long then they may not have enough thread or purchase length inside the internal threaded body. A good rule of thumb for minimum purchase length is 1.5 times the width of the thread.

If the arms are being installed on a hectik too low car the arms may need to be lengthened too far and you may need to exchange for arms with a longer female threaded body part for more support of the centre bolt. PM me if you think this might be you!
