LED Headlight Conversion Kits

Up for grabs are the first ever LED headlight conversion kits for the 300zx made by a REPUTABLE company. These light kits are made by JW Speaker, a company with a long history of making high quality lighting products for the automotive and mining industries. All kits come with a 3 year full replacement warranty for road and recreational use.

I have been lucky enough to be one of the first people in Australia to try these out and I am over the moon with the results. My head lights are dirty and need re-aiming, and the results are night and day. These put out the ?whitest? light I have seen compared to Philips WhiteVision, Narva Arctic Plus and ?white? HID kits. I have heaps of pics available on the AUS300ZX facebook buy and sell page, and I will upload some here in the next day or two when I have a spare minute.

I have been given permission to do a special GB price by my work on these until the end of the financial year. Minimum quantity to get the GB price is five sets, there is no maximum quantity but this price is only valid if you order and pay before end of financial year. This is a dirt cheap price and I doubt ill be able to do them at this price again any time soon.

These kits will fit both H3 (Aus-spec) and H3C (J-spec). They are a direct plug and play for the H3C harness, but you may need to remove the plug and add female spade terminals on the 300zx harness if it doesn?t fit the H3 style plug. As long as you don?t modify the LED harness this will not affect your warranty.

25 watts per bulb, 2000 lumens each side, so 4000 total lumens per set. They also turn on quicker than HID and even Halogen type globes, are are much more hard wearing too. Expected life span is 30,000+ operational hours, they are extremely shock and vibration resistant and operate in and extremely wide range of temperatures.

 

They sound good mate, just need to see what they look like

 

How hot do they get ? Is that heatsink big enough to dissipate the heat, esp as most of it is covered up in the facebook pic.

 

The heatsink dissipates the heat fine. I took mine back out after i spent about 15-20 mins snapping photos so i could tidy up the wiring and they were hot to the touch, but could still be removed by hand straight after driving.

^ The LED chip height has been set at the same height as the filaments on both a H3 and H3C bulb to maintain the right spread of light in reflectors and projector lenses. Tip height is also the same so there is no fouling on the projector.
