Done some research here, there and everywhere....

ATM My rear sits alot higher than the front on 18" wheels and with getting my adjustable arms fitted next week thought I may attack the springs too...

But interested to hear some recent results on King Springs low....

    Thanks in advance....

    yeah interested as well.

just priced some springs today. 780 fitted. think i'll invest 500 more and get coil-overs that way when i get defected i can adjust the height the next day :)

i run lowered king springs with standard shocks.
lowered my ride height with the car now sitting just on legal (10cm) with a bodykit fitted.

the ride is definitely stiffer and to be honest, i did the spring change as a temporary mod before buying coilovers and at this point, have no desire to change the current setup - it works fine.

will be fitting camber arms though as the tyre wear can be a little annoying.

king lows on the front matched with koni's and whiteline sway bars handles very good and doesnt ride harsh at all
if you pay near on 800 for kings your getting ripped the springs are worth a little less than 300 for a set

well thats what i was planning on doing but i think i'll just run the coil over set up.
atleast they are legal, but i doubt it will dump my zed without body mods.. if yours is only 10cms with one.

    nah 781 fitted.

but i thought why not spend 1300 and get a set of tien SS? makes more sense..
its hard to see the rear in your pic. but i dnt think they will lower mine enough. i have 19s with 265/30 tyres where as you have 18 / 35? -40?

hard to compare. does look ok though.. but i want my zed completely dumped..

$481 to fit 4 springs..... just do it yourself its pretty easy.

    Kings are around 3.5 kg.

The stock springs are still in the back in that photo

they are 17 inch rims, i dont want it any lower than what it is as the tyres will scrub the gaurds

Easy, but quite time consuming. Specially the first time and if you don't quite have all the right tools. If you are getting springs changed you might as well get the shocks done at the same time.
