UAS do a cat back system in stainless with mandrel bends, choice of tips, and some nice big stainless mufflers that sound really nice. From memory it's under 1k, i reckon you could get it delivered and installed for a good deal less than 2k.
I recently had my the cat-back section replaced... in mandral bent mild steel. 2.5" resonators (with cross-over pipe), into 3" mandral bent... finishing with 3" straight through designed X-FORCE mufflers. Total cost was $1100.
I have a local exhaust shop near by (willeton exhaust) and the bloke there has been doing exhaust for 25years+ so hopefully he can help out but so far i want to try out some high flow cats straight through into 2.5" SS pipe into the Magnaflow Mufflers if its to loud then i will get the X pipe put in but in other words from the cats just to seperate pipes running to the mufflers
Nah man I am a bit over GB's at the moment with all the hounding I recieved about the Beet project so I say we just keep it our little secret.
Which x-force mufflers did you use? I am going to get a new cat back once my build is finished and think i will use 63mm inlet straight through mufflers by x-force... How do yours sound?
Rob... The X-FORCE mufflers I have are 3", with dual 3" tips in stainless (pic HERE). Not as loud as my previous exhaust (which can be heard HERE)... But I did have resonators installed in the middle section to quieten it up. The sound is nice and low when cruising... and sounds very racey when you open the throttle
