    What’s happened to the E30?
I was gonna try and make it myself, but have a job that needs to be finished off.
    Hope it all goes well

Absolutely stonking job mate. To be fair here, at the price of a decent power VG30DETT build, you'd be just as cheap to source a GTR engine (well in the UK for sure) providing you were a dab-hand at conversions and wiring wouldn't be much a-do. Did you look into mating it to the z32 manual box before opting for the holinger?
The fact you can run in the 10's with fairly minimal engine mods shows the serious potential here.

Asthetically I love the EC1 spoiler and stuff, car looks sweet as a nut mate.

thanks mate , yeah i would say gtr engine all day, you can build a crazy vg engine all day but im not sure how long it will last running over 1000 actual hp atw , nothing wrong with the vg , but once you step in mine hands down you will never look back ,

no i was never going to use the z32 box , was never part of the build ( in my head ) it was all ways going to be a holinger , the very first time i set eyes on the gtr r35 engine in 2008 at that very moment i knew what i was going to build what i didnt know is how plucking crazzy they are ,

asthetically, well yeah its not the best right now im struggling with time , i really need to set up the back end to fit the 345 tires on , once that done ill have a better look at the way the body is and take it from there

yeah it runs consistent low 10ns ( i have been out there and ran an 11 tho ) but yeah bad track and wheels spin,, once all said and done , yes it will go 9ns as is , but i want to do it on a friday night at calder ,
at the end of the day its not a drag car and its not a circuit car so the car need to remain street friendly as well , but well over 1000hp at the wheels

ahahhaha yeah no build thread at the time i was chipping away in the garage at home hoping i would make it all work , i spent a lot of money and i just wanted to make sure i could make it happen without the added stress of all the incoming question as well and opinions ,

yeah i spoke to andrew also arthur from tuners edge as i know them i was going to tag along this time but finding time right now is way hard , i wish to get there one day soon , but i wont go down like this tho the engine and tire set up would have to to all done 100% i would only run full drag slicks at couta,

Or you could have just entered runway thrash and done the same thing :p

The amount of social spam I’ve seen for WARGTR has almost been more than drag challenge
