    The Nissan Sports Car Club is running a track day on the 12th of October at Wakefield,
    Be good to get some new blood there, last time we had five Zeds there,
    NSCC run a good track day, friendly people and a fun day, They are offering a combined entry and joining fee of $195, Can take out a Wakefield licence on the day which lasts 12months, details here.

    OK IT'S TIME TO RUMBLE;
    The NSCC Committee is pleased to announce the second track day for 2013 is now officially taking names and payments from members for the day.

    Officially 4 weeks till the NSCC Track Day at Wakefield Park, SATURDAY 12th OCTOBER 2013

    THIS WILL BE FOR NSCC MEMBERS ONLY

    Friends will be allowed as passengers for free (they will be required to have a Wakefield licence or L2S, drivers licence and normal track day apparel, see below)

    There will be a maximum of 60 cars with the format of the day being as follows.

    We will have six groups maximum, with each group separated by previous track experience and times (These will be set by natsoft from last track day once we have a full field)

    Group 1
    Group 2
    Group 3
    Group 4
    Group 5
    Group 6


    First timers will have a 10 minutes familiarisation session, where a more experienced person will passenger in their car and show them where the track actually goes, where the pit lane exit was, the racing line to follow and braking markers.

    We will have a number of experienced people available all day.

    The first sessions for all groups will be untimed and you can take passengers out.

    Sessions 2,3 and 4 are timed sessions with no passengers

    Then after lunch sessions 5, 6 (some people got a 7th session) were untimed and those who wanted to jump in with others for tips or get someone to ride with them to get some tips could do so.

    The sessions will be at least 10+ minutes each.

    As we have timed sessions Ambulance and Recovery will be available, bearing in mind that we don't want to pull many cars out of the gravel.

    The cafeteria at the track will be available on the day.
    The cost for each member will be $145.00 for those who get their payments in over the next 6 weeks

    For members who pay after OCTOBER the 8th the cost will be $155.00

    We are also offering a package of new membership and trackday $195 a saving of $25 joining fee


    These are eagerly awaited days and payment into the account is your only guarantee of a spot

    So get those names down and payments in to secure your spot

    New Members are warmly invited to attend. Instruction from experienced drivers will be offered on the day

    Note you will need a Cams L2S license (See www.cams.com.au ) you can also do it online, (refer to CAMS sticky) or purchase a yearly Wakefield license on the day which is about $50.00

    You can hire a helmet at Wakefield $20 with a $50 deposit.

    You will also need long pants, good closed shoes, a helmet and long sleeved shirt.

    Bring your Numbers if you have them allocated or we will allocate one for you on the day.

    Battery triangle and Fire extinguisher not required for the day.

    NOTE: Scruitineering will be starting at 07:30am

    First Session 09:00 am
    Lunch 1:00 pm
    Second Session 2:00pm
    End of Day 4:00pm

    Wiz, I will be there however will not be driving my car. Will be volunteering for the day. Can lend you a hand with tyre changing and stuff.

    Car not going?
    Mainly going down to give my grandson the passenger rides as he missed out last time, hope it's not to hot.:)
    Ben if your down before me keep me a spot next to you in the pits and i'll do the same.

    There is an age limit, even for passengers of 16 years old, or it could even be 18, best check. My youngest daughter is very keen and was going to come last time, although I checked prior to dragging her down there, and was told too young, as she is 15.

    I plan on coming, got a bit on, so will see.

    Was going to bring the slicks down to throw onto my cousin's zed however he isn't going anymore. Would have been good to throw them onto your car too.
