Oil smoke from manifold

I have oil smoke from manifold exhaust passenger side. Seems to have a slow drip onto manifold causing the smoke steam. Any suggestions where the oil is coming from.

 

Cam cover I would say. Has to be something above the manifold, and there isn't much above them.

 

Probably from somewhere above the manifold!

I am thinking it may be the cam solenoid seal. Is this a big job

 

Plenum pull plus a bit. Easier than changing cams that's for sure.
