    Agree 100%.

Almost all aftermarket parts for cars get copied/improved/redesigned at some stage... Fair enough, Win Factory had the original design but there was never any mention or credit taken for their design in the f/s ad.

The design has been improved and shipping costs to residents of Australia substantially less. I (and many others I'm sure) didnt know they were available until the f/s ad and considering the relatively low up-front cost combined with low shipping fee's, they've had a massive response...

Kudos to Ezzupturbo for making these improved kits available to the members of aus300zx and also to Winfactory for the original design. :)

If you guys really want to blame anyone.....blame me as it was me who bought the original kit from Winfactory and sent it to Chris to put on my car as he is currently doing a fairly major upgrade to my Z for me. In fairness to Chris I do know for a fact that he has been trailing different designs for hood struts for some time now...so the intention was already there to begin with....kudos to Chris for making a quality product available to the australian 300zx market.

And just to be really clear...when I sent the strut kit to Chris it wasn't in the Winfactory packaging and I didnt say where I got it from..it was just in a box of parts I was sending him for my Z....

look, i'm not complaining... i totally expected it somewhere... its all good, i just want the credit for the design... that's all... and by leaving the holed area in, it doenst affect the bending as the bending is happening at the bolt area... the only way to resist the bending more is to use thicker steel or a stronger grade, but that will not stop a gust of wind from bending the bolts... all in all, nice work and glad everyone is enjoying the hood strut design.

take care all and happy driving!! and thank you to those who gave me credit!

Thanks, will attempt to fit these today after work. Hopefully won't be too hard :p.... the plug off the module, got a picture of this so I won't be scratching my head while doing this lol.

Appreciate all your innovations and products m8! I'm sure if you had run a GB prior on the bonnet strut kits, many of us would have been buying direct from you. :) Maybe a reintroduction to the FSBB is in order? What other niche products does Winfactory offer?

struts get fitted as per my pic as there is oil in them and the shaft needs to be kept lubricated.

    BLACK BEAST SLICKTOP TT R-SPEC

thought the bonnet spends the majority of its life closed so shaft will be inside getting lubricated :)
