Very true! It's amazing how quick new tyres can wear from a bit too much camber!

if you can bend the new style uppers your seriously doing something wrong, they are 10 times better then the older style.

Hahaha no banana bending on these mate, they're heavy duty steel, thicker gauge than the standard items. The only way you'll be able to bend these is in a serious crash or drift accident! :br:

We offer a 12 month replacement warranty again manufacturing defects, this includes cracked welds, damaged rose joints, etc.

:) Thanks mate, yes we have been improving our design over the years... The first manufacture of the v1 arms were given the flick and we've been selling the v2's for about 2-3 years now without any warranty claims.

:D always good to hear good feedback! the new front camber arms have stronger locking collars to avoid tyre shops/wheel aligners over-tightening them and stripping out the threads....

    Hi All!!

Just letting you know that we're currently moving workshops so will be unable to arrange 'local pickup' orders until the end of October.

We can still deliver to you at cost price however if you could email tom@pzp.com.au with your order as the next 3 weeks are going to be super busy!!!

    Cheers!

    Hi All,

I'm now back from two weeks off.... Our new workshop should hopefully be open in a weeks time and we're also fully operational again in terms of sending our orders, etc.

Any questions please don't hesitate to PM, email or call.

    Cheers!

On 26 Sep you said you could still deliver even though you were moving workshops.
On 1 Oct I sent a purchase request for front upper control arms via PM AND via tom@pzp (as you requested) AND WITH NO RESPONSE.
On 17 Oct I sent YET ANOTHER purchase request only to receive the response: "3 enquiries...1st in best dressed..." even though my original purchase request dated back nearly 3 weeks.
On 19 Oct, 2 days later, you responded and I immediately sent paymant with confirming email and PM. Confirmed by you.
31 Oct. Here we are, 2 weeks later, and still no upper control arms.
Maybe you should just send my money back, with interest.
    Way to run a business

I bought a set of these off of Tom only weeks before he advertised this - There was a bit of delay in getting one of the parts, but I was kept informed the whole way through, and there was an incentive thrown in for my patience - I wouldn't ever hesitate in ordering again from him.. There is always TWO sides to the story..

TWO sides? Good for you. At least you were kept informed all the way through. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing.
As it happens, the control arms arrived today.
As a point of reference, it was quicker to get my car from Japan to here. It was also quicker getting parts from the UK to here. Ditto for the US to here.
The one thing they all have in common is that NONE of them used Australia Post but I did get constant updates.
