ZTF01 Front Bar

I am happy to announce that I am now producing the ZTF01 front bar that was developed of the past few months with the help and suggestions from forum members. I thank everyone for their input and am very happy with the finished product.

FRP Rear Spoiler

Still in production is the Fiberglass stock spoiler.
These fit both 2+0 and 2+2.

For the price, i shall be no doubtably making an order for one when my money is back under control.

Who has a fully painted up bar yet? Keen for some high def close ups with paint.

Food for thought. What else can you copy and make in fg? Anything with time?

I have the roof spoiler coming, Search "third wing zed" and you'll find info there. I also have a side skirt and rear bar on the cards too. Ill start a new thead on that one when the time comes.

I believe that if you're doing kaminari copy sides for a 2+2 at any stage you would be able to notch up an additional sale to me

 

Sorry. Kaminari sides and rear bars for 2+2 can be purchased from carmate for a decent price. I have no interest in making molds of parts that are already available.

He removed the number plate mounts on the mold but with mine (and bones(post pic)) he made a little custom bracket that holds the plate.

Thought this might help others. Wanted to compare the look of the 2K spec bar with Ztoys bar for finished look. If you can excuse the poor quality photos, you can see how to the naked eye both bars initially look very similar (awesome). The benefit Ztoy's bar has over the stock bar is that the center and side ducts have been opened vertically 2cm. number plate holder removed, front lip has been added, extended 15mm and made square. The bar tself isnt significantly lower (15mm). Below is a photo comparison with my old 2K spec bar (bottom), and Ztoys bar on murci's stealth Z in the top photo (stolen from another thread).

I am also open to suggestions for a name for the bar. ZTF01 is just a stock number for my books but I am open to suggestions.

 

How about keeping it nice and simple......."ZT Spec", or "ZT2010"

 

I have to admit I wasnt a fan of the colour initially - but in the full sun it looks shit hot! Just need some bling rims

I have finally finished fitting my spoiler just tonight - the fit is very good!
