Hi Guys... Planning on getting a shift kit / valve body mod done on my auto trans... Before I get it done at the place who rebuilt my trans previously, I thought i'd see if anyone has and recommendations here in WA where they have had it done.. Thanks in advance...
There is a place in Armadale The front wall says Armadale Automatic Repair Specialize in manual's and diffs I had to double take when i saw that lol
Depends if you want it done specifically by a workshop, or you just want it done. If you aren't fussed, i can also vouch for Chris as he did my auto box swap (and installed shift kit). Took forever though (like 6 hours straight?) so i'm not so sure if he's gonna want to do another one anytime soon. He is however most excellent at what he does and knows his stuff. Otherwise, i'm pretty sure Tom @ PZP also does them, or if not at the very least he'll know who can do it. Probably give him a ring?
Depends, if it's the shift kit i'm thinking of which needs to be built into the tranny, then it will!
just a valve body mod will only take a few hours. ive got a vb here i can mod already. i done a few extra bits on yours rish cos i had your box out and its nice and easy. i just done i few things to your oil pump
