my best mate lives in Brisbane and i haven't seen him in a while so it would be a good opportunity for me to kill two birds with one stone.

 

Im in inverell about 1 half hours away of course ill be there lol count me in i should have the zed looking sweet by then

 

After missing out last year, I'm hoping to be free to go to this...cant wait til this years Nationals, and once that comes and goes, I'm sure Zedfest will be the next big thing (apart from GOR )

well i dont know if this is too late or not.. 2010 is a long way off.. but i intend on coming.. ill take a mate up with me who is getting a ZX in june 2009 (this year).. lol

 

Also considering this, is there a backup place to go to if the main one is fully booked?

Looking like another big one! Because of the size it is really narrowing our options down and the Cattlemans Motor Inn is looking like a strong contender.

Just narrowing down places to stay. The Cattlemans is now known as the Quality Hotel Powerhouse and is undergoing refurbishment so it will be very flash by next year. This hotel is expensive at about $150-$200 per night per room being the only 4 star hotel in Armidale. Web site http://www.qualityhotelpowerhouse.com.au/armidale/index.html

The Deer Park is another one that looks promising however only has 26 rooms but plenty of land to host all our Z's and has site restaurant and pool/BBQ area. Just waiting for pricing. Web site http://www.deerparkmotorinn.net/

 

Cattlemans may be too deer depending on numbers per room? May require top-and-tailing. ;( [Excuse the pun]
Deer Park possibly a better venue if they can accommodate ~100 persons.
