Z32 TT Fan belts.

    Does anyone know the exact sizes and Part No.s of the three stock fan-belts/drive belts on a 1990 TT Manual?(4PK??????):zlove:

    I have three new belts here that all seem to be very nearly the same length.:confused::eek::br:

    There ya go ya ol bastard. :p

    Correct for a pre 09/93 JDM TT.

    Belt Nissan Partr # Length
    PS AY140-40925 (925mm) = 4PK925 (4 Rib)
    ALT AY140-41010 (1010mm = 4PK1010 (4 Rib)
    AC AY140-40965 (965mm) = 4PK965 (4 Rib)

    the 925 power steer belt is bloody tiight to get on, dont be suprised if you have to wind the crank over while fitting it

    I find it easier to just undo the power steering pump pulley nut and slip the pulley off with the belt :). Reverse for assembly. So much quicker and less straining.

    Hey Niall, I have this item listed as the OEM TT power steering belt A192M-42LSA-VW, and A195M-F65SA-VW for the NA. Is this incorrect?

    they are the ones that i have seen listed as genuine sizes through searching - should be a 3pk 925 for a n/a and a 4pk 925 for a tt.

    some people are listing a 920 but that would be very tight to fit.

    The confusion comes from the fact that I also have some belts for an "underdrive" pulley set, and they are very similar in length.:confused:
