Wide Body Kit

im with jd on this.. im not a big fan of the front bar or rear bar... how would it look with the skirts and the rear widening without the rear bar? will it need to be filled so it will fit another bar?

 

Front bar

can be any front bar that as the kit does not have to have this bar.
Im just offering the original bar for the kit.

Rear bar would need to be pulled 3 inches out (at sides)
and a few inches forward (at the Arches) to line up with the rear wide guards.
That way you can fit any rear bar if you prepared to have the custom work done.

Stock rear bar to wide rear guards.

Hi Gonzo, just a couple of quick questions. Is this kit based on the original Stroesek design, and is it possible to have a flat panel area in the front bumper, to suit a slimline rego plate?????

No you don't have to change your rear lights they can stay the same as the kit does not involve any mods to the lights.
The rear guards need about 50mm cut of so when you run aleast 12" wheels they wont be hitting the stock guards.
To fit the kit it will need to be fix to the car permently with sikoflex,rivits.
Then egdes smooth over with fibre glass and body filler.

Yes this kit is the based on the original Stroesek design.
The front bar has no flat panel but could easy be done to it even though the number plate on mind sits flat if thats what your worried about and looks better with out a flat panel.

 

Looks awesome!!!. I wonder if I can get my modena rims modified to fill the rear guards? Or where the hell I'd get other rims wide enough? Just gotta save $1500 now, and convince a panel beater mate of mine to fit and spray it

 

Hey Gonz, any chance you have a pic of what a car would look like with the stock rear bar and wide guards. I know theres one up further but its in a bit close to see what it actually looks like?

my Z has been sold

so you will have to look in my garage section of my profile for some pics.
The front bar is $500.00 witch comes with a nose panel and the lights,witch need to be ordered from the UK and they cost $230.

 

Any chance someone could Photoshop some 2k Rear Lights on that rear end shot? No offence, Gonzo but I can't stand em. The kit on the other hand....

but suffice to that, how much for the widebody rears and the skirts only shipped to auckland NZ, freight depot is fine and dont mind sea freight.

the front bar makes me want to cry. so not interested in that.

 

You forgot Supra. It also has the W/W rear bar, not the rear bar designated to the widebody which is also different.
