why my oil temperature is high? help needed

I own a 2+2TT european model with a higher oil cooler than the stock one on the states.
I've been rebuilding my engine since the last 4 month and i took the road today with it.
The oil temperature reach 110°C (230F) and i'm just breaking in the engine so i don't run full boost and i don't rev high :(

The things that make me feel the oil don't flow through the oil cooler is that after 100miles driving today, i found that the 2 hoses that go to the top of the oil cooler were not tight but there were no leak.
I'm reading a oil pressure from 2 (at idle) to 5 bar when i start to rev a little bit so how does the hose didn't jump out with 5 bar of pressure?

Hope you understand my accent lol

Welcome mate...love the french accent. :D

    In regards to your oil...
Thats rather hot buddy, it should be significantly lower than that.

Do you still have the restrictors in the oil lines to the oil cooler? They restrict the oil through the cooler so it flows slower, and allows more cooling time.

Also hows your airflow to the cooler? No air will reduce your heat transfer slightly (read dramatically).

What does your coolant temperature reach?

    No oil through the cooler?

Thats what it sounds like to me. Does'nt the TT have a pressure relief valve in the tree which opens to circulate oil through the cooler?

    OUCH.......

That oil temp is scary

No boost or high revs because you are running in your motor, so even if your oil cooler is being bypassed you shouldn't see temps like that.

What water temp were you showing ? Are you sure your gauge is accurate, because 5 bar is more than enough to overcome the pressure valve

i have full greddy warning gauge

on oil water temperature and oil pressure...

Also, i installed the oil temperature sensor on a sandwtich plate, is that ok?

I'm using the stock oil cooler but the european one is bigger and it's sell as upgraded in the states ;)

My oil cooler is located between the FMIC and the Koyo rad.
I've an electric fan that i can run with a single switch at my convenience.

I was running 80°C for the water with some pic to 90° (I have a Nismo calorstat).

I forgot to say that it was about 30° outside yesterday.

What would cause the oil to not flow through the oil cooler?

    Something wrong somewhere.....

I don't see oil temps like that with 40deg C ambient temps & 1bar boost

If coolant temps are 80-90deg then oil temp should be a couple of degrees lower.

I would start by removing the oil filter and your "sandwich" and check for blockages.

I will try this afternoon :)

Also, the only bad things i did is to reuse my old oil filter (unuse for about 6 month) so maybe the blockage come from this :( :(

First thing on my list this afternoon, going to Nissan :D
