I hate to be a negative nancy but those exhausts out the center panel gap look god awful otherwise, sweet build
I only did that once and it's a rep I'm trying to rid. *Rocking back and forth on the shower floor* Sooo dirty, stink of fail won't wash off. :help: Just a couple of progress pics to give you a better idea of how it will look. Today I painted a door...
The top colour is the same as my z in the back yard looks nice...how much did it cost you for the paint?
Looks good mate, loving the 2 tone colour choices too! :zlove: ...on another note, can i ask why you (appear) to be running positive camber on the rears?...
It's my own mix of blue and it was $50 for 2 litres. I still have plenty left for repairs. Wait until I clean the dust off it and get shots of it in sunlight. Thanks Benny! The wheels are set pretty square by eye and it just might be the angle of the shot but I'm taking for a full and proper D-spec alignment. Should make life a bit easier.
yeah i understand, in the past i have found it easier to get all the prep done, mask the whole lot and shoot it all at once, what ever suits you though:zlove:
6 of a dozen or half of the other. Different situations and circumstances I suppose. As long as it gets done right?
I saw that! lazy lazy. Good to see your using some equipment this time around mate instead of rattle cans
That's the least of his worries... we should compare this with the 'after' pics after a few laps around the drift track. Zip ties, stickers to cover dings and removed front and rear bumpers are basically mandatory in that sport, aren't they?
Exactly! I'm building a drift car, not a show car. I'm not wasting the extra effort and dollars over a few small dents when the doors will be a prone hit area haha. Even the finish isn't perfect but I can sand and buff that smooth later if I feel the need to. Andy, you already brought that up, and 571CKY uses rattle cans, not Cam.
Eric fabbed up the last 1/4 of my exhaust today. It's finally complete! Sounds tough but a little quieter than when I was only running test pipes. ...and repeat.
