Went 4 SARD 800cc injectors. Got 379rwkw on

    12psi. Could go to only 14psi max due to not enough fuel from the injectors. Tuning guy said the car is pulling strong and there's more power to come but not enough fuel from the injectors. Enough fuel is coming from the fuel pump but not from the injectors. Recommended SARD 800cc. So they are now in there. As they guy said, the end result will be suprisisng as power curve is just going up at the moment and there's hell more power in there and boost is way to low for now but will be able to really boost the turbos much higher now. Will see this week hopefully once retuning is finished.

    Hey what?

    How did you get this power Joe as very good. Is it the same motor? What have you changed other than extra injectors, curious and interested? 12 psi? Sure you got the figures right, what butt dyno or who's dyno?

    hmmm thats very weird figures

    800cc should be good for 960hp. Power sounds incredible for 12psi, thats about 150rwkw over a good preforming zed at 12psi.

    No way your outflowing injectors

    if they are really flowing 800cc. How do you know its not the fuel pump? You can make that power off 555cc injectors so I just cant see how you you run lean with 800cc.

    Previous stats

    This motor has custom 400hp turbo's mounted on Trust manifolds that were fixed up as very rough internally and also and has external gates.   I only had standard injectors with 700hp pump and rising rate reg and max it made on 18 psi from memory, was 329rw kw at SAS dyno and running out of fuel. Had non turbulence dump pipes, extrusion honed plenum and larger throttle bodies and twin ram pod with Autronic and CDI running it. When we put it in Joes car had factory dump pipes and computer with single ram pod and no extrusion honed plenum or throttle bodies as Joe was on a budget, and on SAS dyno made 265rw kw on similar boost or maybe a little less. The only other difference was Joe had HKS smaller FMIC but I don't think that would have made much difference on dyno anyway unless did runs in quickly. Again goes to show what better flow and programmable computer does. NO my mag wheels were not the reason for the power difference.
    Maybe has NOS now or ?

    As I said the old injectors couldnt provide enough fuel so I went for the SARD 800cc injectors to over come this problem.That's the power it outputed at 12psi. I Now am looking forward to see what the 800cc will do with more tuning.I must say I do type qwuickly and just type what i want then im off here.PS also got my new APEXI G-TECH going in.

    ah thats more like it, still very impressive

    for stock injectors and 12psi, must be running mega pressure with the malpassi.

    :>< :>< :>< :>< :D :D :D :D When I posted my dyno chart, the thread got locked-down because nasty things were said.I think perhaps after that episode, people are too scared to query dyno readings ?Good stuff, anyhow... and are you running a twin intake setup ? If not, that will help a lot straight away

    That is more like it and about right and 6 injectors not 4 extra ones.
    That is about the max you will get with single rampod and AFM.
    Joe don't worry about the metre thing get Davey to put Autronic in it and then it will go.
