Ok Guys we have to nominate a date before a booking. After speaking to them today, we have three preferred options.

1) Saturday 31 May
2) Saturday 7 June
3) Saturday 21 June


For half the day, it is either 10 people or less for a total of $800 ($80pp), or 11-16 people for $1070 ($67 pp)

It seems the most 'time on track' will be had by 10 people, so that will be the preferred option. If the first one is successful i will be organising a second.

So guys if you can reply with your preferred date. Then the date with the most interest i will book and make a proper thread and start collecting deposits.

Saturday 31st of May it is. I will be booking the event shortly and paying for thr 50% deposit. Initially for 10 people @ $80pp ( i will see if i can expand this to whatever is required if we have more). If anyone cant make or or misses out im sure i will be organising another event in a further 6-8 weeks.


I will be making an official thread for the 31st of May shortly and taking deposits.
