BAH I was expecting better laptimes for Race 2 as thats when i found myself in pit lane. Came out VERY angry and hammered it for 2 hard laps as had no traffic to contend with.... yet that was my slowest race? lol. BAH.... i blaim the kart.
The problem with go karts is, if you're a big bastard it dont matter how good you can drive you'll lose everytime! lol Power to weight is a bitch!

in all honesty, lets just say the evening was an awsome insentive to get fit. Im just glad i didn't come last. But yes, ESPECIALLY in karting, driver weight is a HUGE factor (no pun intended) I should have had a more powerful kart. Im not "slim" but im not massive either. BUT, i am 15 stone (not sure what that is in your money) Even when I was a skinny rake of a teenager i was 12 stone. So yeah, knowing he would have glanced at my bulk and put me in the kart he saw best...... I should have stuffed a pillow up my t-shirt lol I sugest having a VOLENTARY driver weigh in
