...... I have sourced two types of.....:zlove: POLY-URETHANE:zlove:.... front bars from the US, at an inclusive price of AUD $750.00 to your door.

.....these are available in groups of six (6) only, to contain the freight costs from the US.

.....they are Bomex and Greddy copies as shown below....................

.....anyone care to show their interest at this early stage????????????

 

Dam if only my front end was PU...hehe Good idea S2S, hope this is popular so if i ever need to replace the front bar I can go PU!

im after a urethane front bar,i was thinking of the 2000 spec one,but i also like the greddy,any idea of quality and fit of these,also are they a direct fit or does it need modification ??simon

I am So 110% in iam sick of my FiberGlass bomex front bar. plus i like to slam my zed to the ground

Can / do they do the BOMEX skirts in PU as well? mine are FG and being so low they all ways cop a pounding

....good, with a direct fit, although nothing in this world is 100% perfect as I have learned, but you will not need major surgery The finish will need some minor attention from your fitting shop before priming and painting

 

....the skirts....

...are not available in PU unless there are a number of guys that want them These guys have gone for a market that has been neglected. They are doing very well, and do not want to take their eye off the ball just yet onto other parts.

If you can source the original 2000 PU front bar for the same price i would definetly pick one up... I have been looking around for ages but the peices to get it landed here including purchase price were out of control....

Keep me posted if possible.

 

do you know the weight difference between the urethane ones

and the fiberglass ones?

....are heavier, the exact weight I do not know

Keen on the Bomex, although I do have a soft spot for my Do-Luck Bar its seen better days.
