turbo

I would like to ask a question.If I was to buy a na zed,would I be able to buy a after market turbo at a later stage and have it fitted.And if so is there any thing else I would need to do to the zed?.Or would it be less expensive and hassle if I just bought a twin turbo.Thank you for everyones help

 

you should just buy a twin turbo. there is to much hassel to build up a na into a turbo

Or alternatively, get a single turbo kit from Chris and go NA+T, would be awesome.

and is the NA engine up to the tasks of being turboed?

not sure about price yet going to get a internal gated 35/40 and make another setup and sell

been there done that multiple times... literally took me 8 hours to convert na to na+tt (the last one i did anyways)... ran well for 2 years before i started pushing the limits of boost.... had it running at 12psi for 18 months, then upped it to 16 and took out turbos and rings :/ if i hadnt done that it would still be going strong

 

And i bet at 12psi it was going better than a regular TT on 12psi.

 

absolutely... did better than a lot of modded tt's...
