Hmmmmmmmmm. I was intending to head straight back to Melbourne after the Nats, but am now likely to be told not to bother coming back to work for another week. Don't call me a definite attendee, but a possibility; would need to organize a place for 2 old farts to stay and keep car + trailer.

Would probably also require the Chardy Shack owner to be willing to have a Coke Corner, even though it might be only 1 in number .

 

coke corner ....???? ... i'll see what i can sniff out ....

 

Jen and I will drag ourselves along, but might not stay for the full late night experience. We couldn't come north without attending a shack event, but still want to make the most of our days off, so we will be tempering our drinking. We can keep Mikey and Jack company in the coke corner, but I will be adding to my coke.

 

Emma and I will probably be in the same boat, it's definitely not something I want to miss but we don't really have enough time up there to write off the next day.

 

lordie .... and to think that we QLDers did not believe all those "wimpy" stories about the "MEXES" ... eeeekkkkk .....

... oooi, mr grocer ... another 10 litres of OJ, please, mit coke ...... lol....

 

What next day ?

From what I understand, there is no next day after the Chardy Shack. Time jumps to the following day.

Sometimes members have been known to lose an entire week... It's a fabulous place this Chardy shack with memories only last a mere 24 hours before the vanish completely into a chardyshack headspin. :cool2:

Thanks for the clarification Mikey. So we leave Warwick on the Monday and back to the Chardy Shack on the Tuesday, then home Wednesday.

may i come and bring along my mate who brought my zed off me? he can be my chauffeur he's on his p's, thats if im welcome. as i dont technically own a zed anymore! but i have a rather fast car. just not as good as a zed. ill bring the usual baz an expensive bottle of wine of your choice. lol

would be good to meet some other zedders(new to me)
