HUGE thanks to Gav for hosting yet another spectatcular tech day! Was great to catch up with everyone and I think we all got our hands a little dirty! MASSIVE thanks to Al and Scotty for helping out with my gearbox swap (plus everyone else who pitched in during the day). Looking forward to the next one (plenum pull anyone?) Edit: Bad news is that the speedo stopped working when I got to gateway bridge!
Mid YearTech Day - Ormeau. Hosts, Gavan and Marie, pulled yet another great Tech Day at Australia's top Tech facility at Ormeau - three hoists in action at the same time - ... additionally, somehow they ordered a magic day of weather to go with the Zed workovers - simply brilliant Gav and Marie ... thank you heaps ... !!! It was a day of heads down and butts in the air with the first arrivals hitting base around 9.00 AM ..... a day of a few big, big Zed jobs and little evidence of pic taking with everyone involved and preoccupied ... ok, a couple of minor exceptions with CRISPY putting in a cameo appearance with the beautiful orange GO KART ... and TONTO being just TONTO and keeping the bench warm all day long .... lol ... !!! From my position, I owe a heap of thanks to numerous workers .... Bonez, Magic Mike Aza, DÁrcy, Jamaine, .. and, I am sure, a couple of others who all jumped in to work on my RMS replacement ... with a few complications on a marathon 9-5 job ... thanks guys ... unbelievable application over 8 hours ... !!!! EDIT ... great to catch up with a number of old faces ... and good too see a number of keen new members attending their first Tech Day .. a good sign for the future of Zedding in SEQ ... !!! once again, thanks to all .. and again, a massive thank you to our hosts ... a top Tech Day.

Some outdoor repairs as per normal, the qld weather came good just in time. Side by side two gearbox teams go head to head. Chrispies quality car.... Testing my MIG out on a exhaust mod.... You cant have a tech day without Bones in the middle of it, and some new faces great to see. Tonto supervising the job.... A great day for tech talk
Fantastic day as per usual. Great to meet up with the boys and girls for the cruise down. I managed to get 1/5 thinks on my list done (window motor) YAY. It was a head down bum up kinda day not many photos sorry Someone was a little confused when they woke up in the morning and brought the wrong car. Still was nice to have it watching us all day. And this is what we used to jack the cars up with hahaha (not really) Finally pulling the old project out for a long awaited wash.
And here is one of where my car stayed all day and did not move, didn't even get the chance to put it up on the hoist
Ahhh at least you now have a working window, which is very important, how else you gonna take good pics whilst driving
yeah yeah. was a good day for all that came and help out or got there problems solved. i had a great day with a bunch of great people. can't wait for the next tech day. that is going to be about 4 or 5 plenum pulls happening.
Was a great day! Zero plenum pulls achieved, but 1 auto and 1 manual box pull and push in a day was a good effort.
Another great day playing with Zeds. Gav you are a trooper making your facilities available to those in need. 2 Less RMS leaking. Bonz thanks for the Vacuum line mods. Now how about that cruise we need to have? I think that's your dept Mike, although you may not be able to participate due to twisting the wrist a little too far on the Bike?
