Alright so, the last Meet/cruise was pretty successful it was great to see so many cars as well as a bit of variety in particular the ferrari l., there was a great variety of cars a few that said they would turn up,but didnt., but overall it was a great night and ive only had positive feedback, people are already keen for the next one so,..... here it is! The meet is in the same place as it was last time, the caloundra bus interchange (AKA CALOUNDRA BUS TERMINAL) Located at 43 Cooma Terrace Caloundra, its a massive multistory carpark you cant miss it. dont listen to rumors or listen to bullshit stories such as "the speed bumps are too big to drive my low car over" - lies, the bumps are tiny. " cops will be all over this" - Lies, the cops have made appearances but even at the last one we even had police supporting what i had arranged because we're genuine enthusiasts. in short, its the perfect spot to hold the meet and there is a shitload of parking spaces too. As for timing, The meet will start from 730PM on Saturday The 27th of August. it started at 8pm last time but i prefer a 730 starting time for the meet. just because i get there at 730 doesnt mean you have to, if you think youre going to get bored, come a bit later but well enough before 9pm as that as when we are leaving. We will be leaving by 9:00PM ON THE ****ING KNOCKER, we are not waiting for anyone. also, People please dont give your car a full F&F spec vin diesel rev as you are pulling into the car park, no one wants to hear it plus it draws cops. THIS TIME I WILL BE MORE STRICT WITH THE TIME WE DEPART FROM THE MEET LOCATION FOR THE ACTUAL CRUISE. SO, AS A WAY OF ENFORCING THAT, PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING STEPS! - Organise your fuel supplies before the meet if possible or worst case scenario go and get the fuel a fair amount of time before we leave the venue of the meet. [/color]!!!! DO NOT!!! LEAVE IT TIL THE LAST HALF HOUR TO GO GET WHATEVER YOU NEED BECAUSE WE ARE NO LONGER WAITING FOR PEOPLE TO COME BACK. IF YOURE GONE AND YOURE NOT BACK BY THE LEAVING TIME, WE'RE GOING WITHOUT YOU. - Organise food before hand, eat yo' dinner or whatever you have to do before you come to the meetup or pick it up on the way, (There may be a servo included in the stops for the cruise, then again maybe not. thats still to be decided) - For convenience matters bring your friends in their cars with you, so everyones there and the whole cruise isnt waiting on 4 people that are too busy at home batting one off or something else of the sort Theres a couple more things id like to say but theres no real point. Basically guys & girls, BE ORGANISED FOR THE MEET AND DRIVE. As for the cruise destination, It has been decided, maps with details WILL be distributed this time. it wont be hard to follow. Now, depending on the numbers attending the actual drive, will depend on how many cruise leaders will be distributed through the group. i will make sure that there is an allocated cruise leader between every so many cars, ill make it clear to everyone who those people are, and who NOT to follow. this same post will be posted on another 6 sites, in an attempt to gain more numbers and even more variety (especially of the toyota, EVO and rotor kind) In saying that, this isnt the fast and the furious, there isnt going to be 100+ people all driving to a straight road so a bunch of heroes can street race. sure at a cruise people tend to give their cars a bit more than they usually do, that is fine, HOWEVER PEOPLE WILL BE ASKED NOT TO ATTEND THE NEXT CRUISE IF THEY ARE PULLING CONSTANT STUPID DRIVING STUNTS SUCH AS THE FOLLOWING: - Overtaking people on blind corners, that is a big ****ing NO NO, not only can you mess up your night but other peoples night and cars too. so dont do it. -SKIDS !!!!! take your skids elsewhere, commodore or import i dont care its not wanted.
