Just run your cruise this month, do people really need a month or 2 to get a cruise organised, October is sooo far away hehe. Cruise every fortnight FTW

As smart arse as I am I do get why people want only zeds, I personally LOVE pure blood Z32 cruises, but its about the social aspect too not just the cars, You wait til you sell yours and see if you still wanna hang around the forum.

Those of us old members that do come in other cars actively make a point NOT to park with the zeds during photo locations for the reason its a zed based thing...

Zeds no.. Zedders yes... I Still own a zed, have been around longer, ran more cruises, tech days and zed events then most people here combined, how does that make me unworthy to come? Plus the photos aren't your average camera phone quality too.

I have no idea who is an old member, new member, who has a rusting 240Z in their paddock, or a 2010 370Z on order.

To take this into account, I have changed my mind.

Anyone can bring anyone along in anything. Do what you like. I don't care any more.

 

relax dave this isnt a big problem....all people are saying is that most agree with it being a "z car cruise" but with exclusions should be made for previous owners or those with non runing cars, thats all......
you dont have to be aware of who owns what and things like that, to be honest theres only 5 or so people that come to mind that fit into that catogory who still like attending z cruises.....
so lets get his thing back on line.....

who, with a z car, wants to go cruising?:thumbup:if it turns out like our usual cruises with 30 odd cars it should be a good run, theres some nice roads down around serpentine....

Why people are so uptight is beyond me, Jinxed and the other older members can back be up in saying it was great when we posted a cruise with all zed enthusiasts turning up for a great social day out with out discrimination on if your zed is running or not. its about the community of the owners, not about what you drive on the day, otherwise we are not better then the vtechyo.com.au forums...

Lets just all smile, hold hands and be jolly together!!! After all, isn't love what makes the world work.

exactly right josh!!....im not trying to yake anyones side here, ive got friends on both sides of the issue here.....i think the important thing is that these are social events,based around our cars. when a cruise is posted as zeds only, then that means you may attend if
1) you have a zed
2) you have a zed thats broken and not running but dont want to miss out on the fun
3) you have special permission from the cruise organiser, which should be requested by pm

im not singing, thats a deal breaker for me, sorry! lofl

specifically to Dave, aka vader.....this shouldnt be difficult to organise dave, i think eveyone sort of jumped on their high horse way to early this time round and its turned into a huge sh*tfight over pretty much nothing....
dont let this stop you from running cruises and participating in the club, unfortunately this cr*p does happen now and then but hey, we will deal with it.....

now get on with organising as many zed cars together as we can, and design the map so we can get out there and cruise and have some fun!!!
