Smoke from Oil Cap - Help!

Just finished putting back together my Z that I've been working on getting going for a while now, topped up all the fluids etc..
Started it up and it seems to have a fair amount of smoke that comes out of the oil filler hole, as well as the dipstick...

I've done a bit of a search and the most common thing coming up is the PCV valves. But it can't be any of the PCV hoses or valves because they had already been cleaned up/unblocked when I had the engine out of the car!

Just wondering if anyone else had any experience with the sump becoming pressurized?
If it's somehow blowing pressure passed the piston rings I'm about done with this POS.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Do a compression and leak down test to rule this out.
