Not a lot to it really, few splices to remove and seal, pull the steering wheel to remove paddles. Hardest part is pulling the centre console to unthread the cable for where I had the gear indicator and man/auto switch. May yet regret going manual so not too fussed if it doesn't sell, plus there is another project the auto may yet go into... If it was a daily or regular driver I wouldn't never consider removing it - lazy and fun at the same time.
SAW Shift at Will kit If you have an auto then you want one of these. I'm converting to manual because I only drive the Z once a month or so, never in traffic and a manual will better suit. Used - good as new. Packed and ready to go. $1400 posted. If you're wondering what's involved to install it, read through the installation manual on the ESS website.
Shift at Will (SAW kit) Just finished the manual conversion ...and the motor blew first run up the driveway Cash needed One perfectly good and very rare SAW kit boxed and ready to go $1200
