QLD SAU QLD - South Cruise Sunday 29th March

    So the Skylines Australia QLD crew have invited us to join them for this one! I am not so sure I can make it, but will be there if possible...

    SAU's South Cruise 2015


    Description:

    Our second cruise of the year is going to head south, all the way through the scenic rim to Warwick for lunch.

    The route will down past Beaudsert and Boonah, then up the Great Dividing range past Queen Mary falls and on to Warwick.

    To make our way back to Brisbane we have a few options depending how we feel on the day, either over Cunningham's Gap or via the mountain pass to Gatton


    Note that there is a united carrying E85 in Warwick if your car uses that fuel and you're worried about range.


    Location:

    Meet point will be at the Calamvale Hotel car part.

    Date:
    Sunday the 29th of March

    *

    Time:
    Meet at 8:30 am for a 9:00 am departure.

    (early start because its a big run!)

    *

    Cost:
    Fuel and lunch.

    *

    Requirements:
    CB Radios if you have them.

    Will be moving house or i should say unit,,,,,, Hmmmmm you all wanna swing by and help move a few bits each :D that'll save on hiring some moving company :rofl:

    Decided to move lunch from Warwick back to Boonah, as I feel the extra distance to drive out there (and back) is a bit much.

    I'd like to book a table at the pub for lunch, so It would be good to know firm numbers by Saturday

    If you are members on SAU go for it. The organiser of the cruise was in the white GTR at the tech day on sunday.

    Just went back through the pics I took and I can see a r32 in the background, guessing that's the GTR you're talking about

    yeah im in for the cruise permitting the car doesnt start hating me. ive done a good 500km since friday with minimal fuss so should be right. hey grayson bro the gtr was pretty shmick man i had a sticky beak at the bay and the rb26 is very impressive. looks like he has every bolt on upgrade they can handle. might sign up for sau now. you still coming magic?

    Yep. Pete is his name, tall skinny guy with glasses. The GTR is very clean.

    can meet up at the woolies near mine again or at the servo on the highway at nudgee. i reckon nudgee as that is where the northside skyline crew might be heading

    Boyz at this stage I'm out, it's gonna be a 540klm drive from the sunny coast and my bank account just can't do that atm. Unless I can pick up some more work between now and then. Sorry
