VIC RIVERLAND AUTOEXPO October 24-25

Ahh good you're coming ...Is Jack coming too? If so are you guys coming up in 1 or 2 zeds? Thats a brilliant idea about the mod list in Halloween font! We should all do it

 

We have a large mixture of things to put in/on/around the zed. We may use all of them or only a few items, and we will share around amongst the cars what we have. Definately don't want the cars to look tacky, but it should look fun.

Not planning on dressing up, but since we have a halloween party to go to the following weekend I do have a warewolf mask that I may put on for photos.

We spoke to Andrew about this over the last copule of weeks. Rough plan is for Melbourne members to meet at the BP servo just past Calder Park Raceway just before 7.00am so that we can leave as close to 7.00 as possible after fuel and food. We will then meet up with you and Craig and Andrew at the Marong junction on the Calder. Aiming to be there somewhere around 9.00. Dougy will be with us, although he may also be sleeping off his nightshift, which is a call he will make on the day. Jack is brining Mikey's Magna along because he has to go to Adelaide after Berri to pick up a bulky item to bring back to Melbourne. At this point I don't know if he is comming up with us on Thursday or Mikey on Friday. Mark and Judith will be travelling with us.

Already have an idiot board made up and don't have the time between now and next thursday to make another one unfortunately. Would have been a neat idea though.

 

Well I've got the Halloween font you're using Mikey..just gotta make my mod list up...Craig and I have been busy working on the zed getting her looking great..few more mods done over the last few days..well actually a lot of crap done

Ahh ok..cool so we'll just meet you guys there at 9am..I assume the Marong junction is just the Marong Pub..lol..since Marong has like a population of 10 people...hahhahaha...

didnt get to do any of the things I wanted to do to the zed over the last week due to unfortunate circumstances.... but either way, still looking forward to a fun time in Berri / Loxton...

 

Ahhhhhhh...(relaxed sigh )..the bruised, cut and stained hands and arms and scuffed knees and contorted back muscles can all relax now...the work on the Z is finished (yay! )...time to relax now and enjoy the comming weekend

Spent most of my first week and a day of two weeks annual leave flat out on the Z with a couple little hicups (as always with the Z :zlove but its looking a million bucks (or will be once Renee cleans and polishes it again ).

Looking forward to seeing everyone and experiencing a little of east SA :thumbup:

Nice for some to have some time to work on their own cars. I've got a list of things to do to the Zed that just wont happen. I didn't even take it off the trailer after Morwell on the weekend.

Looking forward to hanging out with everyone and having some good times though.

 

Damn, how have i missed this post? Can't believe I am going to miss out on this event, normally I am working on the weekend it is on, but I am on holidays now. The prob is the car is not finished. Might have to come up in the Rav4 on the Sat

 

Well finally back on the forum after many days of getting the zed cleaned up...Craig actually wasn't finished on the 19th lol..cause the cluster was playing up so he had to figure that out lol, he's resting now...

Can't wait for the looong cruise..will see you guys at Marong tomorrow
