When I got to work last night I locked the zed (with the remote) and got the attention of a guy in a yellow shirt (prob 40-50yo), he just stood there looking across the road at my zed...anyway I crossed the road away from him and as I was doing this I turned around to see what he was doing, when I noticed him crossing the road toward my zed.. Once on the other side of the road I stood there and watched him...he did a lap of my car and had a good look at it, then stood back and admired it...:zlove: I continued walking to work...with a big smile on my face that the guy was admiring my car
as long... as when you came back to your car it was a) still there and b) not keyed on every panel...
a) Was still there b) Was 2am when I got back to the zed, couldn't see shit...its got a layer of thin dust on it..so I can't tell (but I think it's fine)...ok I'm going to the garage now I bloody hell hope not

Most car thefts from parking lots occur in the moments after you leave your car. So a good habit to get into is to walk away for a bit, then observe the car for a while, looking for people who are casing out the car.
Good call! The other night when out at the shops i noted a WRX following me around the car park. I assumed also lookinf for a spot. I parked up and there were pleanty of spots near me. They cruised past slowley with 4 blokes in the car looking at the Zed and then went off and didn't part in the heaps of free spots, ut headed to the other end of the car park. I waited till they were out of sight, and then fired up the zed again and moved to another spot in a diferent section of the complex.

And...last night when I was walking to the car a bunch of youths yelled out seeya..so of course I said bye...then I opened the zed and they were all like "OMG, she's getting into that cool car, she's got a cool car"...as I drove off they were waving to me...so I waved back.. My god..I'm getting more and more worried..
