Hi Guys, After a little help. On passenger side window, there is a metal thing that goes right through, this usually has a guide on it on the inside to guide the window up tight against the car, my guide has snapped the bolt that holds it on. So I have the new bits to go in but I don?t know how to remove the metal bit from the window so I can put the new screw into the new guide I have?? Hopefully this makes sense to you someone! I have picture of the metal thing I?m on about also of my guide, you can see the snapped thread inside! Any ideas where to start, how to remove this metal cover thing?? Thanks All!

Help PLEASE - - - Any INFORMATION??? Touching the wall, though that is a piece of chip board I placed there to stop! Thanks Zorro! But I have been through there and nothing on how this is held in. I just don't want to force out and damage something. Anyone snapped one of these before and had to replace? Thanks guys.
