I have A1RM's on my road car and have never had a cold grip issue. Odd.

One other comment is that A1RM's seem to have a characteristic of wearing rotors more agressively when they are cold. Chad had this issue cause he had vented pipes leading to the rotors to keep em cool wore out a set of rotors on 10,000 klms

I have thrashed them on the track and they seem to wear the rotors fairly reasonably.

I'd have to agree with that also.... In 2008 (which was my last full season) in the rally car, we went through 2 sets of A1RM (would've changed to a 3rd if there'd been another rally), and had no lip on the rotor that you could feel wotsoever, so those comments are probably pretty fair.

I've also just fitted A1RM's to my car, although not in daily use, good feel from cold - fantastic in the twisties.... much better than the Bendix Ultimates i had on there before.... :zlove:

Well, the poor bite when cold only lasts for the first time the brakes are applied and was probably worst after a couple of 1000k. I can still notice it most times I drive the car, but it really only shows up at the first intersection leaving home or braking for the first speed hump when leaving work.

Call him Stef, not sure why people always insist on using the slowest (forum) means of communicating with businesses.

Put A1RM's in last week, and after a suitable wearing in process...I am really impressed with them, both cold and warm...haven't got them hot hot yet...but so farm very impressed with how they pull up and peddle feel. To be honest they feel better than many higher priced pads I've used in the past. And definite improvement on the Ultimates I was using.

Highly recommend them to any zedder out there in the market for a new set of pads for the stocko calipers.

Installed a set of A1RM's front and rear just before Z Fest. By far the best value brake pads I've ever used, no pedal fade from high speed and hardly any dust which is what I expected from a high perfromance pad. I liken the performance of these to an EBC Red Stuff but at a fraction of the price.

Been using the HPX pads for a few weeks now, and i'm VERY impressed.
Even for a street pad, i dont think id hesitate to drive down and use them on a track as well.

They bite HARD and just grab, very consistent.
The only thing i dont like is they are noisy.
My discs are slotted, and even then if im braking down a hill or warm them up somehow, they squeel. Pretty embarrassing in traffic, but hey... all good.
