QLD Pre Dubbo Tech Day - 24th March

hi guys,

We are happy to host the Tech Day before we all head down to Dubbo for the Easter weekend.

Whether you are going to Zedfest or not, please feel free to drop in at some point during the day, and help out or learn something from the guys who know what they are doing

We will have 2 hoists operational, air compressor, tools, blah blah - everyone should have been to our place by now

Please make sure you have all your parts organised to bring along if you are going to be working on your car, and feel free to post up here what you would like to get done to your car and if you are needing help, then people can let you know if it will be doable on the day or not.

We will have a sausage sizzle for lunch, and then will do a little better for dinner for those that would like to stay later, enjoy the bonfire, have a few drinks, and even stay over.

Please bring your own chairs, own drinks, and we will do the rest to cater for the day.

I wouldn't mind coming if thats okay? Will be just doing some pre-checks b4 the big drive

 

i should be able to get there if the zx passes rego.. if not might just tag along for the meet in the magna

 

Ahh this a Saturday I have to work,
Would have been good to have hoist access to swap out my gearbox for the built one

Hey just a quick note for all attending the tech day.. I am currently wrecking a NA 2+2 aus spec 5sp manual.. car is almost still complete.. so if any 1 needs any thing off it let me know and i can bring it with me

transmission
engine
diff
Coolant system


Do you think this will take to long or not at all?

 

Just bring everything along and we will see how we are going for time.......my money is on it getting done

Mikey, I'll be bringing all the forum fund raising gear if you can pls take to Dubbo Z-Fest.
I'll also bring along my remaining "Z-original" water pump overdrive pulleys.

 

Heya Gav and Maree, i'll be there, need any food stuffs etc ?

Hoping i can get some help hooking up 2 headlights ( installing ) as mine are crap and angled all wrong and get my damn stereo fixed ie wired up properly.

Kym if you have the B pillars pass and drivers sides ,and a drivers side front pillar the one that runs down the inside of the windscreen let me know how much moola.

Also guys what's a good price for a HID kit and is it an easy enough hook ? and whats the legal max 5000, 6000k's ?

 

I'll just answer the food question If you could bring some dips and biscuits or something similiar that would be amazing thank you
