Hi All. For this year's Christmas event, we're setting the GPS for Wollongong.

Date: Sunday 18th December 2016
Venue: Stuart Park - George Hanley Drive and Cliff Roads - North Wollongong. (Enter via Cliff Road)
Meeting time at Stuart Park: 10:30 am onwards.

(For Sydney Metro or further north... We will organise the cruise starting point and time in the next few days - once we get an idea of who's attending).

Parking:
There's plenty of parking on the grounds and surrounding streets - but note that it can get busy here at this time of year. Please note that parking fees may apply.



Lunch options:
There are decent undercover and open area picnic facilities in the park. So feel welcome to bring the family for a picnic lunch.

Guys, unfortunately I am out due to ill health - but the show goes on.

So, for Sydney-siders (and those further north) wanting to cruise down together, may I suggest a great spot to meet would be the Carpark at Loftus Oval. (Eastern side of Princess Hwy, Loftus - about 400-500 mtrs before Farnell Ave.

If you aim to meet there around 9:00am and plan for a departure time of around of no later than 9:45am - that will give everyone plenty of time to be at Stuart Park by 10:30am. (Approx 45 mins drive if taking the most direct route).


There's a couple of routes that can be taken:

or...
2). The least direct - but certainly more scenic route - (about 1h & 15mins ) is via Lawrence Hargrave Drive (Liliyvale, Coalcliff Austinmer, Thirroul etc)
