NOVICE ORIENTATION RUN ? Z Car Club Sydney SUNDAY 18th JULY 2010 Mt Colah to Pokolbin Start: 9am- Mt Colah McDonalds (517 Pacific Highway) Finish: 1pm - Lunch @ Pokolbin The event is a fun orientation run and will be conducted on public roads (with some roads being unsealed) on the Central Coast area of NSW The run is organised by Donna Henley, Brett McKenna & Bob Lang members of the Z CAR CLUB SYDNEY Inc. You must hold a current valid drivers licence. No Cams Licence is needed for this event. All participants will be briefed at the start of the event with regards to event requirements, scoring methods, safety and the road rules. The scoring for this event is simple; 10 points will be awarded for correct answer to questions along the run. A 20 point penalty will apply for opening the map. Maps will be given out on the day of the event. Odometer readings will be taken at the start and finish of each section with a penalty for travelling more or less than the correct distance. The reading will be taken from the cars Speedo. Fuel is available at the start of the run and available 15km from finish. You are required to fill your car at the start of the run.
