long time no update, so heres what ive just bought.....

    http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart/image.php?II=778

just to cover up the mangled front na bar that is on there at the moment, i will probly trial fit the lip unpainted, see how it looks, ad get it pianted if it looks too shithouse. i think it'll be ok though, as the car has quite a strong black/yellow exterior theme anyway......

    also bought these

    http://www.conceptzperformance.com/Cart/image.php?II=1222

which is the kyb adjustable shocks, eibach springs with a .8" (20mm) drop and a camber adjustment kit, which may not get used depending on how the camber sits.....

also going to go through the undercarriage with new bushes, repaint the subframe and underbody if it needs it, and get it all back to spec.

have got whiteline upgraded sways to go in as well, they should be a nice little addition.

finally, once all the new suspension parts are in im going to purchase some hubcentric spacers to put the wheel/tyre combo out a little flusher to the gaurds. not planning on running crazy camber or super close to gaurds, just make them slightly flusher.......

Good choice with the lip but are you saying you plan to leave it unpainted black & just paint it if you decide you want it yellow? Because even if you want it black you still need to paint it.

Excellent choice on the suspension gear too!

yeah, i was just going to leave it as bare urethane (black?) if its unpainted....no good? or will it perish .......

Quite possibly will due to uv, bigger issue is I doubt it will be a uniform black & quite likely need a sand. Shouldn't be expensive though, those lips are pretty small

update, had a few days off and decided to fit some parts i had laying around.

2k spec tail lights FINALLY installed, before and after shots for comparison

also adjusted the boot lid, wasnt sitting quite right. Really needs new boot strips (the black bit between boot lid and quarter panel) for a proper tight fit.....

thanks ed. it truly is a huge improvement. i actually was really reluctant to go through with the changeover, as i thought the orange actually suited the yellow paintwork.

now thta ive made the change though, the white just makes the yellow paint more "fresh" and bright looking.

replaced the high pressure power steering hose, was not a terribly difficult job, but i did mange to mangle the brackets holding the hose in place. i am going to replace the brackets, probably with some p-clamps.

heres the thread i made for the removal/installation
