Megan are those cheap nasty looking stainless ones right? I wouldn't use any stainless manifold on any engine that you have to pull to get the manifolds off. Crack city.

Ive got Megan Racing NA extractors and cannot say anything bad about them :) The guality is exceptional as for performance...worth the money on my NA :) Even my mechanic said the design was really good for the NA extractors :) Dont judge something without having tried it :) AMS has a good reputation already...but would be good to see somebody use other brandd rather than the popular ones so there can be a possible wider group of products rather than just a main few :)

Issue isn't with the design, the issue is having the weight of the turbos hanging off the stainless and the hear causing cracking.

Agree. From what I gather, the best thing that can be done with stainless is to weld braces from around the turbo flange to the runners so it spreads out the weight of the turbo across the manifold a bit better, rather than the turbo just levering off the flange.

I have Greddy Stainless Manifolds originally designed for the TDO5/6 series of turbos ... modified to take the T25/28 series.
Anyway, I have not braced them but have solidly mounted the exhaust to the Transmission and fitted flexible sections between the solid mounting points and the rest of the the exhaust system ... So far so good.
