Hey all, I just thaught i would post some crash repair update photos for you to check out.....New door, guard and bonnet are painted and fitted, still waiting for my Veilside kit for the new front bar and need to get a slide hammer to pull the sill back out......everything lines up and opens and shuts as it should, so no problems there.....Still need to compound/cut the paintwork though.....Just put last coats of clear on today, so need to wait a few days before I can cut it. you;re getting there. it looks fairly straight apart fromt he sill which im sure you'll get round to.
Im not sure yet......the police may put in a charge for careless driving......thats as bad as it will get, so not to bad at all.
Recovery is looking good. I assume this will make you a more cautious driver? As for the sills, the best way to tell if they have done the bodywork properly is to fit/trest fit some sideskirts...will telll you straight away if they have done it properly!
Yes, im getting skirts with the bodykit......all work has been done by myself, so it will be a test to my skills in repairing!
