I am the bearer of potentially bad news since the first payment run of 6 units went though on the 28th december I have heard nothing from the supplier about the shipment of these units. Has anyone recieved any yet please let me know ASAP if you have. I have launched disputes through Paypal tonight to freeze the paid funds and hopefully will get the answers we all need momentarily. I have been frantically searching the continental US trying to find another reasonable supplier. Coz can do them but works out slightly higher and still sorting freight for those but will most likely be economy air or surface post 2-4week service. I have also contacted a company called AMS in Canada who have there own design which is a 2.25 inch triple alloy core racae radiator which come in a t the same price as the current Koyos. I have purchased one and getting it sent to me so I can test it and see if it is good or not. These guys cannot send air freight from canada due to restrictions and offer only surface 4 weeks service but tracked. So thats where we are at if anyone wants an immediate refund who is not on the first run list being XTREMEZX and ZSTER MIKSTA and XCRUZXX FLEET x 2 Please PM me your details for a full refund if you are on the Bracket list a refund will also be sent for that as well. you have done too much hard work for us to pull out so easy like this when it could be a simple misunderstanding although i guess this could be a lot of money for someone so i guess if you are really worried pull out now
I received my radiators today, all good, although I havent opened the boxes to confirm they are Z32 Koyos will open one tomorrow.
Just to clarify to everyone the actual funds are protected. I paid through Paypal which is like a third party holding company. The funds are paid and accepted by the seller. If for some reason they do not reply or the wrong goods arrive I can launch a dispute which freezes the funds the seller can 1 fix the problem and the funds are released when all the units arrive or 2 if still no contact after about 10 days I can escalalte the dispute to a claim and get the money back minus a small Paypal processing fee. So fear not the money is protected and I still have most in the GB slush account. only the members mentioned above have sent funds on there behalf. Hopefully this will wake them up and gets them moving and we can get it done and in a few days this will be known for sure I thought it prudent enough to bring up the issue and be open with everyone at this stage due to the increasing delays and lack of communication from the seller.
I will wait a bit longer... But you probably shouldn't do anything else until you have made contact with them and the first groups radiators arrive... Going away on sunday for 3 weeks so guess I'm not gonna have mine by then?..
awwww this isnt good at all, ive been waiting for my radiator to come to give me an excuse to work on the car! im happy to wait a few days longer to see if the problem resolves itself!!
YIPPEE I heard from my Koyo guy today he had some issues with his partner apparently and had to relocate. Any way he is back on deck adn have the following re the first lot. USPS Tracking numbers EB092511325US EB092511317US EB092510515US Dont know which is which though, Fleet has his and I think is the second one, the third one also states it was delivered on the 10th so check your post boxs or mail box guys. To everyone else still waiting I am sending the next run of payments through tonight. Ours have arrived!! Toms and mine have arrived BUT... There was a puncture hole in the cardboard for one of the radiators, it was like something sharp went through and put a hole in it, on early inspection looks like its done nothing to the radiator itself, no real signs of damage besides the plastic being crinkled where it has been punctured, but the radiator itself looks ok So u WA boys can breathe a little easier C'mon WA radiator tech day!
