Search..... but.... The best thing you could do is go out and buy yourself a cheap 22mm ring spanner and chop in half - with this tool I replaced both sides in under 30mins.... Yours might take a bit longer being a tt - all things apart from a to b take longer on a tt cheers.
easiest way is to get a crow bar, hammer the sh*t out of the gold part till it falls off, get a long extension bar with a socket and undo it Then use the chopped up spanner to do them up.
