Have you tought about plastic welding. Another option is using plastic putty. I've used plastic putty on my dash to repair cracked and broken sections. You can shape and mould to shape. Once its dry, it stays stuck. Then you can grind or file it to the finished shape. You can also cut a thread into it and will hold a screw without shattering. There are a number of different types available from Bunnings. Last option, if you have the tools, make the parts from aluminium. I have made parts similar to this before, but its time consuming.
I tried plastic welding it and put the needing putty on it as it was just cracked but that made it crack more and it came off I was thinking of making it out of some 12 or 14 mm aluminium plate and drill hole to make the slot but that is the last draw thanks for your help
Here's another thought.... RC cars and aeroplanes use bell cranks and levers in their steering components that look very similar. Maybe try searching those sorts of websites. You might get lucky and find something you can modify to do the job.
