Speed Camera

I drive the GOR every day and the police have been giving it quite a bit of attention the last week leading up to schoolies ,and remember the speed camera on the GOR at Anglesea is the biggest money maker in the area and sixth biggest in the state. Last weekend 3 cars were impounded on the GOR at Skenes Creek . have a safe drive

OMG 3 daays to go..!

Going to grab me some touch up paint... wash the wheels and black the tyres.... yeeehhaaa!!
Might even vacumn the beast, my co-pilot is in charge of music and camera for the day... and the weather just said.. 21 and clearing but once we get away from the suburbs it said it was going to be absolutely bloody perfect because it knows we have our annual Mega Cruise on for the day lol!

I'm feeling the excitment too, of course I'm leaving everything to the last minute...

Dropping the zed off tonight, guards rolled, then alignment and slammed saturday!

 

I'll be cutting it fine. Car hopefully should be finished with it's tune tomorrow. Been delayed since the tuner/mechanic has been occupied ironing out some other small issues.
If the weather is supposed to be great for it, I'm keen to make it but I'll need to get a shift covered now.
Are there many non-Z's going? I'm not going to look too out of place am I, lol.

 

I'm hoping to have my automatic mirror mod done today and my stereo at least partially installed (No cage, just sitting in the console) so I have music for the trip.

 

With the twisties is that such a good idea?

I still have half the insect species smeared across the front of my car after driving back from S.A 2 weeks ago. I guess I better get the old girl out of the garage tonight and give her a good clean before sunday.

Got work off, and new alarm in. All that needs to be done is a nice wash and vacuum, but that's what all day Saturday is for. So will defiantly be there :zlove:

I washed my car after so long and in 2 days its already dirty...so ill have to clean her on saturday night so she is all clean and shiny for sunday

Zed hasn't been driven in 6 months, heaps of spider webs and rust on the brakes

Need to give it a good run on Saturday before driving 500km on Sunday.

Meet point is in the Bunnings Carpark at 0700hrs for a 0715hr convoy. Be there or be square...Should hopefully give us enough time to get to the meet point at 0900hrs. If you think we should meet earlier, post your reply here...

I'm currently in the process of getting my zed up and ready...got a few little hiccups that are shitting me right off..but I'm definitely going!

We'll be at the Bunnings carpark at the end/start of the Frankston Freeway opposite the dead Center of Frankston... (Frankston Cemetery lol) departure time is about 10 to 7...
