Guys I need some feedback on the following:

Just finished swapping my engine, she runs and idles great and already booked to get it properly tuned next Tuesday.

Problem is the clutch is brand new, hasn't been bedded in. I've heard you should put at least 500kms of start and stop driving on the clutch before getting it on the dyno. The tuner uses dynapacks (chassis dyno) if that makes a difference?

The car currently has a Nistune in it which came out of my mate's car with a very conservative map (no timing in the mid range) tuned for 650CC injectors.

My car has a near identical setup but with 850CC injectors. Would I be correct to assume it'll be overfueling all the time? Is it bad enough that I can't actually tip toe around to bed in the clutch and will wash cylinder walls with fuel?

tuners will often be happy to fix up the injector size quickly for you so you can run it in a little before the tune, would be my first choice.

Bedding requirements vary, what clutch have you got? What turbos/boost are you tuning for?

Should be ok to drive it slowly around a brake in the clutch. Just dont load in up to much.

Just drive slowly. Put some ks on the lutch and take it in. Youll be fine.
Another thing ypu can do is slip the clutch a LITTLE on take of ( if you have good foot control it would help. )

thanks alex, getting it tow'd to the exhaust shop and new front pipes will be made up tomorrow. would like to drive it home... around 4kms. all start and stop so i'll give it a bit more slip i guess.

Nismo Coppermix twin plate. I'll announce more details when it's all done with a build/completion thread. For now, minimum boost off wastegates is 15psi and will be pushing it up to 20, if 98 and intake temps allow, potentially up to 25psi.

Ah, ok. I'm not familiar with the twin plates and you are going to be running some power. If you said ceramic puck and 18psi with 98 I doubt any bedding would be necessary but not sure for yours.

If it cold-idles easily then injector size can't be too far off, just pack spare spark plugs for the tune in case they foul up too much.

I ran my Z1 Twinplate in up to 30psi on dyno ...

I think its run in now :p

Drive it like you said for a few kms ..be fine
